About International Department of Beijing National Day School
The International Department of Beijing National Day School was established in June 2004. So far, it has five major programs: the International Exchange Program, the International Students Program, the Cambridge (A level) Programme, the Sino-American Dual Diploma (AP) Program and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).
The full-time faculty for the department has grown from an initial number of 3 to a current number of 156. Among them, 81 are international teachers from the United States, Britain and other foreign countries. Our faculty members come from a range of prestigious institutions such as the University of Tsinghua, Peking, Renmin, Harvard, Columbia, UC-Berkeley, Cambridge and St. Andrews, to name a few.
