KINDERGARTEN & PRIMARY SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

• 1 * ESL / Social Studies / Science / Homeroom Teacher – Grades 4/5

MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

• 2 * Middle & High School ELA / Homeroom Teachers
• 2 * Middle & High School Math / Homeroom Teachers
• 1 * Middle & High School Biology / Environmental Science / Homeroom Teacher
• 1 * Middle & High School Physics / Chemistry / Homeroom Teacher

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa.
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Education, Special Education, ESL, Linguistics, Elementary/Secondary Teaching, or English Literature.
• Certification: A valid teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, SACE, or teaching license) is preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of ESL teaching experience is required, along with a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate.
• Residency: Candidates must currently be in China with a valid work visa.
• Familiarity with the American curriculum is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Class Size: 20 students per class.
• Teaching Load: 19-25 periods per week (45 minutes per period).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary (After-tax, including housing):
  • K-6 Teachers: From 27,500 RMB
  • 7-12 Teachers: From 28,500 RMB
• Bonuses & Allowances:
  • Yearly Performance Bonus: Up to 12,000 RMB (pre-tax) in July after completing one year of the contract.
  • Yearly Stipend: An additional yearly stipend for holding a QTS, PGCE, SACE, teaching license, Master’s, or PhD degree.
